Ahmed Ebadullah
A trainee lawyer with a background in civil engineering, specializing in corporate and commercial law, arbitration, and dispute resolution, with experience in legal drafting, contract management, and international business transactions.
Mr Ebadullah joined Kilam Law as a trainee lawyer in 2024. He holds a LLB Hons from the University of London and a BE. Civil Engineering from National University of Science and Technology (NUST). Mr Ebadullah is a registered engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council and is licensed to appear before the district courts of Punjab, Pakistan as an advocate.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr Ebadullah interned with general practice law firms during which time he gained valuable experience. Mr Ebadullah has also worked on several construction projects prior to his legal journey gaining him valuable construction project and contract management skills.
Mr Ebadullah is currently involved in corporate and commercial non-contentious matters such as legal drafting, legal research and preparing memoranda of advice.
Ebad also works in corporate and commercial contentious matters such as arbitration and dispute resolution. He is involved in high profile arbitrations in the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) representing major clients as well as several other international ad-hoc arbitrations. His work spans a broad array of industries, including oil and gas sector. construction, international trade and joint ventures, where he plays an integral role in case preparation, legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in hearings.
