Areesha Hussain is a team member of Kilam Law's Corporate Department at the Karachi Office, specializing in corporate and commercial affairs. She is currently advising clients on corporate and compliance matters, particularly in the Energy and Power Sector, and carrying out research work for the firm. As a recent law graduate of the University of London External Program with an Upper Second Division and consistent high merits, Areesha has a strong academic foundation in contracts, equity and trusts, company law, and legal jurisprudence.

Alongside her curricular achievements, she joins Kilam with a multitude of professional experiences under her belt. Areesha has previously executed several contracts and agreements pertaining to Partnerships, Franchising, Employment and Labor, as well as Conventional and Islamic Financing. She is also well versed with regulatory compliance and has conducted company incorporations and share transfers through the SECP. Her research work expands across sectors, including but not limited to Finance, Crypto, and Corporate Structures.

Her legal services include corporate and commercial negotiations, in-depth legal and regulatory research and analyses, as well as drafting and executing complex contracts and agreements.
