Ms Viqar is a senior partner in the Firm and is based in Islamabad. She has an MBA in human resource management. She has over fifteen years of professional experience in Pakistan, Europe and the GCC. She previously worked at HSBC and Telenor Shared Services. Ms Viqar also closely works with Kilam Law’s associated practice headquartered in Oman.

Ms Viqar has substantial experience in handling human resource, labour and employment matters. She regularly works on preparation of compensation plans, employment and labour contracts, termination issues, retrenchment, preparation of employment/HR manuals, HR policies and performance appraisals etc. She is very familiar with legal and management issues surrounding labour and employment matters.

Ms Viqar also has experience of conducting corporate and executive seminars in labour and human resources matters and other workplace matters including harassment at workplace and undertaking of disciplinary action.

Ms Viqar holds an MBA from Bahria University, Islamabad.
