  • Advised a leading bank on various matters relating to performance and discharge of conditions precedents in a syndicated loan transaction involving two other banks.
  • Advised a Chinese bank on a US$100 million subordinated loan transaction with a leading Bank in Pakistan.
  • Advised a governmental authority on various aspects of a US$230 million finance facility, specifically relating to rebate, commitment charges, use of proceeds of the loan, amortization/repayment.
  • Advised as a sponsors’ local counsel on matters pertaining to project development and US$299 million project finance facilities.
  • Advised on the granting and structuring of cross border trade finance facilities.
  • Advised an Omani company on facilities obtained by their Abu Dhabi based subsidiary from an Abu Dhabi Bank.
  • Advised two leading foreign banks on the project finance facilities for the development of green-field throughput facilities in a GCC country.
  • Advised a lending syndicate as Omani counsel on the project financing facilities of approx. US$260 million pertaining to the development of the Sohar IV IWP.
  • Advised the lenders consortium on a US$165 million finance facility to a Kuwaiti Energy Group including carrying out a comprehensive due diligence.
  • Advised a large GCC bank on the establishment of an investment banking advisory desk in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Advised an international bank on a multi-million dollar revolving credit facility for a Government holding company based on LMA documentation and financed on a SOFR/Term SOFR basis.
  • Advising a GCC based project company as borrower’s counsel in respect of an integrated conventional and Islamic project finance facilities comprising of a conventional term loan and a diminishing Musharakah-cum-ijarah facility covering trade finance facilities.
  • Advised a international Broadband Company and a foreign governmental Investment Authority as sponsor’s and borrower’s legal counsel on an approx. US$240 million project financing based on an accordion feature for the development of nationwide telecommunications and fibre optic infrastructure financing led by an foreign Infrastructure Investment Bank  in Phase 1 and advising the international Broadband Company in Phase 2 of the financing on SOFR/Term SOFR basis.
  • Advised a Singaporean Company on a lease finance of an Airbus H125 helicopter by a GCC operator for private city tour helicopter service.
  • Advised the an international sugar refinery and the sponsor on an approximate EUR 235 million ECA project finance facility arranged by several international banks.
